Shah&Mat Technical and Hospitality Rider 2009-10
www.laDJane.com looks forward to presenting djane under your auspices. The following information is provided in order to ensure a mutually pleasurable experience.

Crew
Our current estimated crew requirements are:

Audio set-up to be ready for performance
DJane may travel with a Tour Manager in case of first time shows in new venues/locations.

Travel & Accomodation

Adequate transportation must be provided for the djane (and possible tour manager).
Hotel: Minimum standard four (4) star hotel must be made available to accommodate members of the company.

Schedule
The basic schedule is as follows:
Prior to Curtain LX levels/ Sound Check (if required)
(Artist will be present if required)

Performance

Running Time: No more than 2 hours (All times are negotiable for reduction of duration. Maximum playing time is set at 2 hous).
Strike: One hour. (Please note: Strike may be longer if we are packing for air travel.)

Physical Requirements
Artist reserves the right to refuse performance if conditions of performance area are deemed a clear and present danger to personal safety.

Dressing rooms

Clean dressing rooms to accommodate two (2) people should be adjacent to backstage and should have mirrors, chairs, tables, lights and a costume rack. Toilets, sinks and towels must be accessible.
Dressing rooms should be for the company’s sole use and should be available minimum 30min before each performance and up to 30min afterward.

Hospitality

The presenter will please provide for the company (total of two people) beverages such as bottled water, fruit juices, soft drinks, coffee & tea and hot water in the venue.
One evening meal (dinner) per person is requested. Snacks such as fruit, veggies and dip, cheese and crackers, etc, are also appreciated. Consumption of the meal must be done in private.

Technical

AUDIO
Instrument List

Item 1 – 2 x Digital CD Decks. ie. Pioneer MK3, etc.
Item 2 – 1 x Multi-Channeled Mixer. ie. Pioneer DJM-800, etc.
Item 3 – Monitor placed on right of DJ (if only a single monitor is present)

Miscellaneous
Item 1 – Fixed position, adequate lighting for all items listed in the Instrument List. Adequate lighting for the DJ will ensure a successfull show!
